The hotel had a rustic feeling which I really enjoyed. The breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied, and the staff was quite helpful and nice. The location is very convenient, and it was great to have access to the sommercard, which gave us access to various places that we wanted to visit. It was also nice to have a balcony with a great view of the mountains.
The staff was quite rude and not very attentive to our basic requests. The hairdryer in our room wasn't functioning well, and it was a bit annoying to run down the hill if we wanted to eat out or get something from a shop. The parking fee seemed a bit too expensive, considering the room price. it could've been a much better experience if the staff had been more welcoming and attentive to their guests.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the ski slopes, perfect for a winter vacation. the rooms are comfortable and cozy, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. the breakfast is delicious and varied, with many options to choose from.
The equipment of the rooms could be better, lacking some basic amenities like a mini-fridge or kettle in some of the rooms.

We stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, as it is close to the ski slopes. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The room was well equipped with amenities such as a sitting area, towels, and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury. The dining options were great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities provided, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Modern & comfortable rooms, great breakfast and excellent wellness facilities. Summer pass included in reservation. Great value for money.

We spent our Christmas holiday in this hotel and overall, it was a decent experience. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices and the ski, in, ski, out location was very convenient. the spa facilities were well, maintained and enjoyable.
the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge or kettle.
